We went to the cabin today and then to dinner, and I was still feeling fine, we picked coco up from the groomer, and OH MY GOSH! it is not the same dog! I'll post pictures, all I can say is that i'm holding the pictures from yesterdays post near and dear to my heart ;)
Mom's heading back to Maine tomorrow morning, i'm so thankful that she's been able to take time off and be here, and I think i'm heading to Dad's tomorrow and staying until Wednesday when they leave for a work trip. I'm debating work next week because of not being able to drive and still feeling sick from things, we'll see what it comes down to. I think i could manage a few hours a day, but I just get worn out real fast and fall asleep at teh drop of a pin after moving around for a bit. Below are going to be some pictures, beware, they're not nearly as cute ;)

Thanks for posting all of this. I'm having that same surguery in about a month, and your experiences ease my mind.
I broke my ankle badly in July waterskiing and had to have surgery on it to repair, but they over looked the retinaculm tear and subsequent peroneal tendon subluxation.
How was the rest of your recovery? How about the time to return to mild sport and exersice? Would be very interested to hear more details if you cared to email.

i don't know if you'll even read this but i came across this blog searching the peroneal tendon surgery- i just had the surgery in january and am about 7 weeks out. i just wanted to know how u are now- can you run normally, play sports, ect...? i am a former college athlete so i am worried about not being able to play fully again! thanks,
